The Moberly-Jourdain incident was an alleged time slip that took place on August 10, 1901, on the grounds of the Palace of Versailles, France. The incident, also known as The Ghosts of Versailles, involved two women, Charlotte Anne Moberly and Eleanor Jourdain, and had the characteristics consistent with a time slip. The two women believed they went back in time to the French Revolution and claimed to have seen Marie Antoinette along with other individuals dressed in fashion of the period.
